Designing Narrative Games in the Age of the Streamer
When narrative games first came about your job was to tell a story that the player would experience on their own. Now with the advent of streaming, often these solitary stories are being experienced by groups of people through the lens of the streamer. While traditional narratives still exist, others are seeking to design narratives with the different audiences in mind and how those stories can be enjoyed together. A group of designers and studio heads will discuss their approaches, thoughts, and hopes for narrative games in the age of the streamer.
