HOW TO GET INTO PAX WEST

Everyone participating in PAX West, including exhibitors, fans, Enforcers and our PAX staff, will need to be fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved or authorized by the FDA or WHO against COVID-19 in order to attend and must show proof of vaccination at their time of entry.

“Full vaccination” means that your date of entry to PAX West is at least 14 days after your final dose of an FDA/WHO approved or authorized vaccine. For our full FDA/WHO approved/authorized vaccine list, please click here.

SO… HOW DO I GET INTO PAX WEST?

To enter the Seattle Convention Center or pick up your badges at Will Call, you will need a wristband first to indicate that you have verified your vaccination status.

We’ll have vaccine check stations on Level 2 of the Sheraton Hotel (1400 6th Ave) that will make it quick and easy for you to verify your vaccination status and receive your wristband.

Your wristband will confirm that your vaccination has been checked and will be valid for all the days you’re attending PAX. You will only need to complete the vaccination check process once, provided you keep your wristband on for the duration of the event. Please keep your wristband on for all the days you’ll be attending PAX West so that you don’t need to re-verify your vaccination credentials.

Once you have your wristband, you can head to Will Call or, if you already have your badges, directly into the show!
