Event Information

This section provides rules, guidelines, and specify what an exhibitor can and cannot do with their booth space. These rules and guidelines are based on the physical characteristics of the exhibit hall, the intent to be equally fair to all exhibitors, and the safety of all concerned. Please review these rules and plan your display accordingly as variances will not be granted prior to the Show or on-site.

PAX West takes place at the Seattle Convention Center (formerly known as the Washington State Convention Center), which is conveniently located in downtown Seattle, Washington.

This year, PAX expands into the SCC’s brand new Summit building which is located right down the street from the original building, which now goes by Arch building.

The Main entrance for PAX West will be at the new Summit building, but a number of show features can still be found at Arch.

If you’re flying in, the closest airport is the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport with the airport code of SEA. There are a few options for getting from the airport to downtown Seattle, but what we recommend is taking our light rail service called the Link. Trains run from SeaTac north to downtown Seattle every 5-20 minutes depending on the time of day, and you can get more information from their website at https://www.soundtransit.org.

Monday, September 2 - 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

*Please note that Monday, September 2 is Labor Day – Holiday rates do apply.

This is a Targeted Move Out. Please reference the Target Move Out Plan for your assigned time. ALL booths must be 100% packed by 11:00 PM on Tuesday, Sept. 3. Loading will continue through Wednesday, Sept. 4. Please have your carrier check in 1 to 2 hours prior to your targeted move out time. All exhibitors must be packed up and ready at their designated time to avoid off-target surcharges. The Marshaling Yard closes at 11:00 pm.

Tuesday, September 3 - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Please have your carrier check in 1 to 2 hours prior to your targeted move out time. The Marshaling Yard closes at 6:00 PM. ALL booths must be 100% packed by 11:00 PM.

Wednesday, September 4 - 8:00 am - 2:00 pm

Please have your carrier check in 1 to 2 hours prior to your targeted move out time. The Marshaling Yard closes at 2:00 PM. All exhibitor materials MUST be removed by 2:00 pm.
